Enthused by the successful introduction of a branded school in Abu Dhabi and realizing the need for high quality schools in Kerala, the founders initiated the plan to establish a chain of high quality schools in Kerala . The holding company, Aura Academic Institutions was established in 2011  by a group of professionals and Entrepreneurs, the founder directors being Mr.K.K.Ashraf and Mr.N.K.Ibrahimkutty.
